You’ve taken an introductory class.
And made your first attempts connecting for someone else.

But you’re still unsure.
You make a link — then waver. You go into your head

You’re not looking to define yourself right now ...
But you do want a supportive place to practice.

Clairs & Connections

Clairs & Connections is a six-week mentored practice group — a bridge between introductory coursework and Level 1 training.

There’s structure — but no pressure — so you can build your skills.

You'll make meaningful progress with lead instructor Sharon B. Jones. She’s our specialist with a “secret sauce” in helping novices get comfortable with their clairs.

You don’t have to know "where you’re going" with this.

Just enjoy the practice, as you make connections with those in the spirit world!

If you’re looking for early-development practice with expert mentoring, join Clairs & Connections as a participant — or observer.

What you'll find in this group:

This is an early-development space. Some people will join to strengthen their skills for their own reasons, and others will be planning to take further training. Both are welcome!

In this grounded, respectful setting, you’ll receive:

1. Structured, mentored practice in a small group
2. Guiding (non-intrusive) prompts while you are actively connecting
3. Validation when information is recognized
4. Specific feedback to strengthen clairs, clarity and consistency
5. Support when doubt or overthinking gets in your way

You don’t have to be certain — about anything.

For now, simply practice with support, and enjoy the energy, healing and love that flows from the spirit world.

What This Program Is — And Isn't

Although no application is required, this group assumes prior foundational exposure.
This group is for you if you:
  • Have completed an introductory class in spirit communication (WMA or elsewhere)
  • Understand the four main clairs
  • Have practiced connecting for others at least a few times
  • Want to develop more skill and confidence in connecting
This group is not:
  • A fundamentals course
  • A place to learn the clairs for the first time
  • Advanced or professional-level development
It’s structured, mentored practice for that in-between stage — when you’ve begun, and you’re ready for more consistency.

New learning from feedback

"I am a new Medium, and I am very sensitive, so one of the reasons I return to Sharon’s sessions is because she has a very gentle way of providing constructive and honest feedback.

I have never felt intimidated by her words. I learn something new each time and have “aha” moments! Definitely worth the investment. "

-Maria

Noticeable change over six weeks.

You'll experience more steadiness as your skills unfold through practice. That's the consistency that makes deeper training feel like a natural next step.

How the Program Works

Clairs & Connections is a live, six-week practice group held on Zoom, limited to 10 participants and 4 observers.
Each two-hour session centers on student practice, with mentoring and feedback throughout.
All readings take place in the full group, not in breakout rooms. Your lead instructor stays with you throughout every reading — and you’ll learn a great deal from watching others.

The focus evolves week by week:
Week 1: Opening and closing a connection, boundaries, clairsentience
Weeks 2–4: Clairvoyance, clairaudience, claircognizance
Weeks 5–6: Targeted practice based on instructor observation of each student

The power of communication

"My aha moment happened in my first practice class with Sharon. She was supportive and encouraging. It’s a new language we are learning and it takes time to grasp it.

I needed guidance, so Sharon gave me prompts. The information I was able to receive blew my mind and continues in each class.

My goal is to connect to my loved one and WMA has helped and is continuing to give me the tools and confidence to do so."
