Daytime Group: You're registering for group that meets from 1:00-2:30 EST for six weeks starting Feb. 5.

Class Recordings: All meetings are recorded, and you'll have access to them for 1 year.

Format: Live discussion group on Zoom
Duration & meeting length: 6 weeks, 90 minutes per session (9 hours total)
